ABOUT THE EVENT
WASN'T THERE JUST A MEETING IN APRIL?
Yes. Thanks for noticing! The Board of Directors voted to move the annual meeting to November each year in order that the budget can be voted on prior to the start of the fiscal year on January 1.
NOVEMBER MEETING DELEGATES
Your congregation can send the same delegates who attended the April 2022 meeting or recruit new people to represent your congregation on November 12.
HOW MANY DELEGATES SHOULD WE ELECT?
All rostered leaders in the EaND Synod are voting delegates. In addition, each congregation is asked to elect lay delegates to Red Willow in the same number as they elect for the EaND Synod Assembly.

You can RSVP on this website or contact the camp office with the names of your attending delegates/pastor by November 1.
