Q: When do I need to have my donations dropped off at camp?

  • All itmes for live and silent auctions need to be at the camp by Monday, August 22.

  • Deadline for delivery to drop-off site is Monday, August 15.

  • Items recieced after Monday, August 22 will automatically be placed in the silent auction and will not be included in the booklet.

Q: What can I donate for the silent auction?

  • Small quilts and other sewn items,

  • Handmade crafts and handmade jewelry.

  • Canning and baking (baked goods may be brought to the camp the day before the auction).

  • Theme baskets.

  • Be creative!.

Q: What do I do with the raffle tickets I've sold?

Mail the money and stubs to:

Or bring the money and stubs with you to the quilt auction.

Q: How is the auction set up?

  • Silent auction opens in the chapel at 10 AM and closes at 2:30 PM.

  • A meal will be served in the retreat center dining room beginning at 11:30 AM.

  • Live Auction begins at 1 PM in the chapel. In the interest of time, the live auction is limited to 100 items; those items are chosen by the Quilt Committee.

  • Group of tied quilts may be sold as one lot during the auction.

  • The raffle drawing will take place during the live auction.

Q: What can I do to help?

  • We want to grow the auction. Please encourage your church quilters plus your friends with quilting/cooking/artistic talents to share their gifts with Red WIllow Ministries through donations to the auctions.

  • If you would like to serve on the Quilt Committee or volunteer during the last week and/or day of the auction, please call the camp office.
