OVERNIGHT CAMPERS DROP OFF/REGISTRATION SCHEDULE

Sunday from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Arrival:

When registration begins at 4:00 pm, our staff will greet and direct you to the parking lot.
The first thing we ask you to do, before unloading your camper’s luggage, is to head to the registration table and sign in. Here you will be told what cabin your camper is staying in and who your cabin leader is.
All registrants must then check in with the camp nurse. If you have medication to drop off, you will do so during this visit.
- You must leave medication with the camp nurse, campers are not allowed to have any medication on them.
After registering you will return to your vehicle to get your campers luggage and can bring them to their cabin. Our staff will be available to help.
After you have brought them to their cabin and they are with their cabin leader you can say goodbye!

*By 5:00PM parents should say their goodbyes to their campers because the Cabin Leaders will be leading them to their camp activity!

OVERNIGHT CAMPERS PICK UP SCHEDULE

Pick-up Either Wednesday or Friday, depending on the camp, from 1:00-1:30PM
Parents and guardians are welcome to join us for Closing Worship at 1:00 pm in the Chapel!

Arrival:

When you arrive, our staff will greet you and direct you to the parking lot.
The campers and parents will gather in the Memorial chapel for closing worship.
After closing worship you must find your campers cabin leader to sign them out. You will then pick up your camper’s medication from our nurse if they have any.
You can now load your camper’s luggage which will be under (weather dependent) the Satrom Spirit pavilion in the oval.
Canteen will be open at this time if you want to purchase any snacks or RWM swag.

FULLY ENGAGED CAMPERS
We know life exists beyond camp and the need may arise for you to pick-up your happy camper mid-week. This can make it hard for campers to fully engage in the camp community. If early pick-up is unavoidable, please contact us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Thank You!

MAIL:

You can write some notes for your camper ahead of time and turn them in at the registration table when you check your camper in.
You can send your camper mail to camp, it helps to have it in the mail by Tuesday to help the likelihood that it will get here in time. Our address is: 1651 Jacob Dr. Binford, ND 58416. Please put your campers name on the envelope.

You can also email any letters to camper@redwillowministries.com. We print and deliver letters to your campers.

CAMP PHOTOS:

Included in your registration fees is a free camp photo for your camper to take home. That will be printed and ready to take at the closing ceremony.

THINGS NEEDED:

Bible, notebook, pen
Bedding: Pillow, sleeping bag or twin sheets, light blanket
T-shirts, shorts, socks, etc.
Swimsuit – one that is athletic & durable, ready to climb, jump, play and swim in!
Bath towel and pool towel
Toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.)
Flashlight or headlamp
Closed-toe athletic shoes
Open-toe shoes with sturdy sole and back-strap

Hat

Sunscreen and insect repellant

Lightweight jacket

Camera (NOT a cell phone)

8:30AM | First Word & Breakfast

Campers start the day with a devotion often digging into the daily theme, verse and closing with a pray before heading to breakfast.

9:30AM | Cabin Activity

A time for campers to engage in a fun and meaningful group activity with their cabin group.

10:30AM | Worship

A high-energy camp-style worship that explores the day's themes with song, skits, and scripture.

11:30AM | Bible Study

Cabin group break-out for small group discussion and activities that center around the day's theme. This is a time to take a deeper look at the Bible story and wonder together.

12:30PM | Lunch

1:30-3:30PM | Camper’s Choice

A two-hour block to enjoy camp activities such as boating, swimming, crafts, and canteen.

3:30PM | Extras

Camp staff put on their creative hats and lead a fun and unique camp activity for a small group of campers.

4:30PM | Cabin Activity

Another engaging and interactive activity for cabin groups.

5:30PM | Supper

7:00PM | All Camp Activity

A time for the whole camp to do something together. This could be a group game, charades, or camp Olympics. The options are endless!

8:00PM | Snack

A chance to get a little more fuel to last the rest of the evening.

8:30PM | Campfire

songs, skits, and staff shares that re-center our thoughts on God at the end of the day.

10:00PM | Devotions & Ready for Bed

A time to reflect on the day with cabin groups and prepare for a restful night.

Campers have the chance to visit the camp store during the week. Items range in price from $2 for stickers, $15 for shirts and up to $30 for select items. All camp store money must be submitted online through our registration system or you can deposit cash into their account at registration.

Items from our canteen (drinks, candy and snacks) are included in your registration fee, no need to send extra money for this! Canteen will also be open on the last day for parent pick-up.
