MEETING DETAILS   

We write today to invite you to our upcoming annual meeting on November 15, 2026. We will begin with business at 4pm with food and fellowship to follow. Regular meeting business will include reports from key leaders, like our new Program Director, Hannah V Clay, the passing of the 2027 budget, and a recap of the last year including our 100 year anniversary celebration. We look forward to sharing all of the meaningful ministry happening at Red Willow.   

VOTING DELEGATES   

Each church in the Eastern North Dakota Synod of the ELCA is an owner congregation of Red Willow Ministries. As such, you are invited to send members of your congregation as voting representatives to our annual meeting; the same number as you send to the annual Synod Assembly.
